UPDATE Dec. 21, 2014 Both were ADOPTED together ! We received a call June 23rd regarding 2 bunnies had been tossed out of a car window, into an open field next to a highway. It was approx. 10pm when a daughter was returning home from work, she saw & saved these innocent pets. She took them home & luckily "mom" called us, got them comfortable & fed properly until she could deliver them to us on June 25th. Both have had their spay & neuter surgeries on July 1st, however, our vet found massive abscesses on Journeys chin and leg so he had to endure 2 more surgeries. Being a true survivor, he has rebounded & is as good as new. Tale tell signs make us believe they were domesticated house pets at some point as they are friendly, well adjusted happy bunnies. They are clean & hungry & easy to hold. Age unknown, but both are relatively young. We want more than ever to keep these 2 together as they have endured quite an ordeal & stuck by each other.
